Supervised contact is when the non-residental parent spends time with their child with an independent person.
Supervision can take place with changeover, or for the entire visit. Supervised Contact is child focused where the parent and child are free to spend time together is a safe and secure space for them to have regular contact, in a friendly, one on one environment where the child can seek assistance if they become fearful or upset, where a supervise can intervene at any time. Contact is available on or off site such as parks, libraries, cafes, or in the home.
Anyone who has a court order, parenting agreement or agree in writing can use this service. Our supervisors are fully trained and hold a blue card and a national police check.

Mediation (FDR) is compulsory before an application can be made in the Family Court.
FDR allows the parents to make decisions around children and is much cheaper than going to court. It is quicker and aims to foster better communication between parents.
Our practitioner remains neutral and help parents focus on what is best for their children.
All mediation sessions are confidential according to the Family Law Act.
Sessions are provided in private or joint sessions.
All sessions are available to suit each individual needs including after hours.

The Circle of Security Program is based on how to strengthen and support secure parent child-relationship.
It is enhanced on the secure attachment between a parent and child.
Research has proven that a secure child has increase with empathy, self-esteem, better relationships with parents and friends, school readiness and a capacity to handle emotions.
This program is designed for parents with children who are 0-12 years old.
Our programs are kept in small groups or one on one sessions.
This program is a full 8 week program that focuses on the attachment and bond between children and their parents or caregivers.
The program aims to assist parents to provide their children with the emotional support needed to develop a secure attachment.
All sessions are available to suit each persons needs including after hours.
This program is an 8 week program of 90 mins sessions
This program is $290 or $50 off for families attending supervised visitation with our service.

A Parenting Orders Program (also known as Post Separation Program) can be referred under the Family Law Act.
Anyone can attend this program without a referral.
This program helps separated parents how to work out arrangements that allow other parents and family members to spend time with children.
This program will give you the information you need on how to help with conflict with co-parenting and how it effects the child both emotionally and physically.
This program is available in small groups or individual sessions. All sessions are available in a one day session of up to 4 hours.

This program helps parents understand child development while identifing and recognising behavour and identifies patterns in the relationship between parents and children and how these changes can be made by emotion coaching
This program is available in small groups or individual sessions. All sessions are available in 3 sessions of 2 hours each.

The Tuning Into Teens Program that aims to give you helpful ways of teaching the skills of emotional intellgience of children of 9 to 18 years of age.
This program teaches 'emotion coaching' which is to recognize, understand and respond to children's emotions in an accepting, supportive way.
This approach nurtures a positive parent / child relationship and helps parents support their teenager to understand and manage their emotions.
This program helps give the parent / caregiver awareness and regulation of their own emotions, awareness of your teens emotions, use teens emotional experiences as an opportunity for closeness and teaching, skills in assisting teens to verbally label and manage their stress and assist teens with problem solving.
This program is a 6 week program of 2 hours per session.
his program is $200 or $50 off for families attending supervised visitation with our service.
